No Muslim outrage ...

But publish a cartoon depicting Mohammed with a bomb in his turban and all hell breaks loose. Come on, is this really about cartoons? They're rampaging and burning flags. They're looking for Europeans to kidnap. They're threatening innkeepers and generally raising holy Muslim hell not because of any outrage over a cartoon. They're outraged because it is part of the Islamic jihads culture to be outraged. You don't really need a reason. You just need an excuse. Wandering around, destroying property, murdering children, firing guns into the air and feigning outrage over the slightest perceived insult is to a jihads what tailgating is to a Steeler's fan. I know and understand that these bloodthirsty murderers do not represent the majority of the world's Muslims. When, though, do they become outraged? When do they take to the streets to express their outrage at the radicals who are making their religion the object of worldwide hatred and ridicule? Islamic writer Salaman Rushdie wrote of these silent Muslims in a New York Times article three years ago. "As their ancient, deeply civilized culture of love, art and philosophical reflection is hijacked by paranoiacs, racists, liars, male supremacists, tyrants, fanatics and violence junkies, why are they not screaming?" Indeed. Why not? Many Western countries have given them homes, jobs and a much better standard of life than from whence they all originated and yet they seem quite happy to let these Islamic extremist mobs run riot, and over a silly cartoon. I reckon this is organised by the al quaeda mobs who deface the civilised world, like dirty dogs of war! On the news a solicitor of the hooked Hamza was saying he was expressing his right of freedom of speech. SORRY!!!! WHAT A BLOODY HYPOCRITE!!! It's OK to express freedom of speech about his hatred for all our welfare and culture, our entire way of life, our democracy, our patriotism and so on....yet the same religious group and indeed this woman probably, condemned our freedom or right to publish a few cartoons depicting a religious prophet as a terrorist. Double standards or what. Civil Liberties are a privilege and should not be a right. If immigrants want to live here, and that is totally fine, they should research our culture, our freedom of speech, our open media, our way of life and frankly adapt to it. If they have a feeling they will not like it or if they find our media, our women bosses or anything else difficult to accept, they should think twice before settling. I would love to visit Egypt or Saudi Arabia. I would respect their mosques. I would refrain from drinking alcohol in public places. I would observe their need for Friday prayer, I would research and understand their religion, their culture, I would be prepared to eat specially prepared meat. I would do this because I would be visiting their country. I would show them respect. I would not though, because of the fact I would not be adapt to this lifestyle permanently, want to live there. I would find their prejudices offensive. I would find their media restrictive and religiously biased. I would not though, because a mass riot, stamp my feet and shout out hatred messages just because I didn't like it. People have choices and I for one think it's high time that this Government stopped encouraging people to come here just so the immigrants can make money out of us and then abuse us in the way they do. I am not for a minute saying all immigrants do this and many do a great job in maintaining our economy, in working hard and supporting the British way of life. Their are some wonderfully talented people out there: Ragesh Merchandani, Rageh Omah, and Michelle Hussein, to name just three. I don't want to NOT see these people. They are as British as the rest of us. They entertain and inform us. They have worked hard from decent families. I want to stop seeing the ridiculous outbursts that are occurring at the moment. The Danish cartoonists having to go into hiding is disgusting. Of course the Danes, the French and anyone else were right to print the cartoons. Not to do so would have been a civil injustice on OUR way of life. Why we didn't publish them in this country is because of PC. Insincere tolerance. That's what most of us have.....and I am a tolerant person. I am speaking honestly and comprehensively. Anyone who says they have no prejudices over this current behaviour is, I'm afraid telling porkies. (Ooops, can't mention porkies. Refers to pigs. Pigs offend Muslims). Sorry......(not).
